PRICES OF PRODUCTS

All prices listed on the products available through anemonesandroses.gr include 24% VAT and do not include shipping or delivery costs. These prices refer to the products, but also to the quantities, provided that they are available and sufficient, while anemonesandroses.gr reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold without prior notice.

SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding proposal to purchase the products in question at the total price indicated when placing the order, as this includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you as a visitor/customer are entitled.
You can place a valid order through the e-shop, if you are legally capable according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (if you have reached the eighteenth year of age and you are not under legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities and the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by persons who are legally incompetent.
Your order is completed with the acceptance of your order by anemonesandroses.gr by sending a written confirmation email to you at the email address (email) that you indicated when placing the order. If you do not receive a confirmation message of your order, please contact anemonesandroses.gr

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of completion by calling us at 24670 44451 or via e-mail. Depending on the stage of your order, we will inform you about the options you have.
This possibility is given to you, strictly for two hours after the order is placed. After this point in time, cancellation is not possible, so you can now return and change your order after receiving it.

 

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by means of Directive 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. UPDATE

Any user who has made a purchase from this online store has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating the reasons for withdrawal. In this case, the customer is obliged to return the product in its original condition with the only charge being the cost of returning the product.
In order for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must fill in the relevant form included with the product in the parcel he/she will receive. The information that the customer is requested to fill in the form in order to carry out the withdrawal procedure is the name of the beneficiary, the name of the bank and the IBAN.
For reasons of hygiene, underwear and jewellery are excluded from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER CONDITIONS

If for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products you have ordered, we will inform you in time by phone or e-mail to find out if you want your order to be sent to you immediately.
